There is a big “NO” for any refund, we can’t refund or back the cash once it’s paid or billed for any product of Plus Point. Company will only refund in one condition only and it is – If the ordered product is not managed to be delivered within 7 to 10 working days of order confirmation.
Any product will be declared as defect if the defect is checked in front of our Delivery Person and verified by the delivery person.
Once delivery person leaves there will be no Return if there appears production fault or Colour fade in between 7 days
By confirming the Size from size chart He/she have to order at his/her risk. If there happens any size mistake by plus point end than it will be full responsibility of the company and company will exchange the product in its cost. Else company will not bear any cost of returning the product.
