Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Plus Point

At Plus Point, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return, exchange, and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order.


Exchange & Return Guidelines

  • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to:

    • Request a size exchange

    • Report any defect or blemish in the product to our Customer Service Team

  • Faulty items must be returned to the Plus Point Customer Service Team within 3 days of delivery for review. Our team will assess the issue and inform the customer if a size exchange or replacement is applicable.

  • Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

  • If product quality is compromised or discoloration occurs within 7 days of delivery, customers must notify our Customer Service Team.


Refund Policy

  • No direct refunds will be issued.

  • If a customer receives a faulty or damaged product, the item will be exchanged or the customer will be given online store credit to choose another product of equal or higher value.

  • Products purchased online can only be exchanged through online channels.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to check the product condition before accepting delivery and making payment.

  • If a fault or size issue is noticed at delivery, customers are encouraged to request an on-spot return through the delivery service provider.

  • All exchange or return requests must be completed within 7 days from the delivery date. After this period, requests will no longer be accepted.


Discounted Items

  • Return, exchange, or refund policies do not apply to discounted or promotional products.

  • Once purchased, discount items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Express Delivery Service

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM.

  • Orders must be confirmed with the Customer Service Team by 12:00 PM.

  • Products will be delivered within 6 hours of handover to the delivery agent.

  • Express delivery charge: Tk 200

  • For accessories, full payment in advance is required to process delivery.

  • Coverage area: Dhaka Metropolitan area only.
